I had a breathwork session with Marcela and I chose the theme of abandonment wounds. It was absolutely one of the best 1:1 sessions I have ever had. The music was perfect, very soul moving. I had lots of emotional releases through the session, especially going into the negative and positive pain points. Marcela helped me keep grounded and feeling  safe and protected while going through this deep emotional release. Her voice has soothing qualities, that also triggered my wounds ready to be released and healed. The last two songs of meditation were absolutely pure bliss, I had never experienced anything like it. A natural healer and facilitator… at home and at ease in her guidance and healing. I will continue to work with her!

My sessions with Marcela have been absolutely life changing! Every coaching session has brought me profound insights on “problems” and deep stress I was living with before. When I had a Life Coaching session I didn’t have any expectation for it. I am a very skeptical person and began my session with an open mind, without really expecting anything. Wow! Wow! I´ve had several Belief Coding sessions with Marcela and the changes I’ve had in my life have been amazing! For many many years, I had a constant fear of ¨being seen¨ in public.
